Carmen Ramirez – CRA LiaisonCarmen joins the team as CRA Liaison. In her role, she will act as the CRA subject matter expert for the organization, serving customers and endorsed partners. She will also assist in maintaining and developing existing and new customer relationships along with assisting and supporting customers with CRA general questions and examination preparedness. Carmen comes to ICBA with large bank experience where she was responsible for CRA, Fair Lending, 1071, HMDA and Small Business Compliance. She joins our team with more than 24 years of financial industry experience and over 15 years in compliance. Carmen received a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from the University of New Orleans. She also completed the LSU Graduate School of Banking; additional certifications include LSU Business Analytics Science and the ABA Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) Designation. |
Fun Facts:Carmen enjoys cycling and has completed the MS Tour, a 150-mile bike ride and fundraiser raising awareness for Multiple Sclerosis. She also loves to travel and cook for family and friends. Her dog Tasso, a 9 lb. Maltese accompanies her on long walks all around New Orleans. Welcome Carmen! |
